Across Garrett County Md sky conditions from Big Savage to Friendsville were exact opposites(well at Big Savage you could not see the sky) The influence there was easterly, moist, cooler….while west, and south the southwesterly breeze was in affect. Sky conditions were partly cloudy after the morning rains for a period before more rain pushed through. Then a return to the setup. Sun, fog….further south, the Wv highground ran milder than the lowlands east.
