precip clearing out pre midnight, reports of flakes mixed in. Cold air rushing in around midnight. Bitt 2NW valley did not fall below freezing until 12:10am and that put yesterdays min at 32.4 which ended the 20 day stretch of mins below freezing.
Windy conditions persisted through today, times of clouds of peaks of sun. More cloudiness south of Garrett. Temps across Wv high ground remained colder. GFS did not do well on afternoon max temps.
