Heavy rain overnight, some areas saw more than other. I only picked up 1.3″. Near 2.3 at Backbone Mt at Olsen Fire Tower, and 3″ Snowshoe. Flooding in areas from Parsons, to Marlinton, and on both sides of the Alleghenies. This turned to snow in the southern Alleghenies predawn and was north to southern Pa by 10am. Coating to light accumulation across the Wv high ground.
