Cloudy, fog, some freezing rain last night in spots, mainly across northern Alleghenies.. High ground in Garrett retained some ice above 2750-2800 all day.  Thick fog across Wv mts, temps falling. Rime forming in the trees. Also some passing light snow today, no accu.
