The isolated heavy rain producer in eastern Pocahontas into Bath County with video and photos by Jeremy Cutlip around Mt.Grove Va. Reports of over 5″ in that area, with a 5.86″ reading.  Radar estimates showing that as well. Radar estimates are not perfect.
