once again I forgot to save the charr before 8pm on the 31st and for whatever reason the CRN site updates it with incomplete daily data of the next day
After some fog pushed back west last night, winds kicked it back east where it remained in the lower elevations for part of the day . The high ground cleared off and the warm breezes kicked in.

Ramp watch
Some areas are seeing full leaves but in this area, today the ramps are just beginning to nudge through the leaves
AC or Heat?? Depends on where you were. Very warm in some areas, chilly in others. By far the warmest day across most of the area except from areas on the Allegheny Front north of Mt. Storm. Dan’s and Savage Mt stayed socked in with fog. Dense fog, temps upper 40s, low 50s. Low elevations east of there held cloud cover and dreary conditions while elsewhere 70s with sun.
Fair amount of morning sun. There was valley fog that burnt off mid morning. One of the nicest days of the season. Clouds rolled in late with a few showers after dark.
Wet snow predawn through mid morning. It came down steady at times. Mainly occuring above 2500 northern Garrett and central to southern Somerset County Pa. Then some light mist, cloudy, cool through the afternoon.

New snowfall of .3″ …thats a compacting 32.6 -33° snowfall.
Clouds early, giving way to blue sky. Cold east wind. Touch of snow on the ground and rime coated trees in Wv to start the day. Late day clouding up. Then early in the night there was a brief period of ice pellets, and snow that left small areas where it briefly lightly coated spots on the ground with temps mid 30s. This quickly passed by and melted. Most melted as it fell.

New snowfall- a spotty trace early night, where ice pellets briefly laid on some loose leaves, pine needles, but rapidly melted as the brief precip ended..
