Rain switched to little ice balls shortly after 7am, then to a period of mid morning snow. Seeing the conditions in the Wv high ground I opted to go there and for the first time all winter rely on a ob not took myself. That said the ob is reliable.
After a clear overnight, clouds rapidly in today with some light spotty rain breaking out early afternoon. This gave way to steady moderate rain by late evening into the overnight.
