“Rain began shortly after midnight, continuing through daybreak then showers and mild through mid day with max temp of 48F. Slowly falling temps all afternoon. A fine light snow commencing mid afternoon and continuing through the remainder of the day.

November’s total snowfall of 6.7 inches is 4 inches less than November’s long term average of 10.7 inches. See Table 3.1 below”
