Light rain resuming late night, temperatures holding in the 40s, then steady rain most of the day. Temperatures pushed into the low 50s through the afternoon and evening, sharply knocking down the snowcover and adding to the runoff. The snow water equivalent of the snowpack this morning is 5.2 inches. There were 23 days this month with 18 inches or more of snow on the ground, far more than average and equal to the infamous Feb 2010 when more than 100 inches of snow fell that month alone. See Table 7 below
