  • This section is going to focus a lot towards the defoliated section on Meadow Mt. Right now it’s said to be some type of native canker worm defoliating the trees. Forestry will have more details and in depth report upcoming soon. Reading on them(canker worms), it looks like once they mature further (in a few weeks) they’ll fall to the ground, and their destruction will be done and hopefully the trees will green back up for the season. You’ll see in more images ahead the impact of what is yet bare trees.
