Cabin Mt at Bald Knob

Elevation 4350′

At 4350′ near the southern end of Cabin Mt sits Bald Knob. Not to be confused with multiple other tops with the same name. Weiss Knob at 4460′ sits just south.

Bald Knob consist of open heath areas, ferns, scattered groves of Red Spruce with mixed forest around ranging from maples, birch, beech. The station site is nestled in a open low spot near the summit.
