“Rain began shortly after midnight, continuing through daybreak then showers and mild through mid day with max temp of 48F. Slowly falling temps all afternoon. A fine light snow commencing mid afternoon and continuing through the remainder of the day.

November’s total snowfall of 6.7 inches is 4 inches less than November’s long term average of 10.7 inches. See Table 3.1 below”

Rain overnight to snow prior to daybreak. Best period of snow was in the 5-9am hours. Not continuous, but brief pockets of moderate snow.

Cold front passage around midnight as temperatures falling through the 30s for the remainder of the night. Rain changed to snow before daybreak then tapered off to a few flurries by mid morning, staying cloudy and cold through the afternoon. Daytime max temperature of 29F is the first time this fall that daily max was at or below 32F
